Anish Dave

With over $250 million in real estate transactions and 25+ years of experience, Anish Dave brings deep industry expertise to investors at every stage.

Alexa Parra

Chief Operating Officer, BPM REIA

Alexa Parra, born and raised in South Florida, is the Chief Operating Officer of BPM REIA. With a background in healthcare administration and a BHS degree from Florida Atlantic University, she brings strong operational leadership and a service-driven approach to the organization.

At BPM REIA, she oversees daily operations, events, marketing systems, and member experience, playing a key role in scaling the organization across South Florida. Working closely with CEO Anish Dave, Alexa helps expand mentorship, education programs, and strategic partnerships to build a thriving, inclusive real estate investing community.

Victoria and Harry Diamond

Mentors

Victoria and Harry Diamond were taken under the wing of the local REIA’s top Mentors in 2013 and quickly became the REIA’s top students. Their desire is to pay it forward and have mentored their own successful students along the way.

Michael and Maby Johnston

Mentors

Mike and Maby have extensive backgrounds in both residential and commercial real estate. Maby has managed over 100 large commercial properties throughout south Florida. Michael was a wholesale lender.

Lucian and Denise Reyes

Mentors

Lucian and Denise Reyes worked over 25 years each in corporate America, with Lucian working his way up the ladder to a Network Operations Manager in the field of Information Technology for a financial institution and Denise.
