Contract: The property must be under contract and will need to be uploaded for deal approval.
Time: We require at least 5 days left on the inspection period to have enough time to get the property marketed and find a buyer.
Access: We must know the access to the property including the lockbox code.
Information: All pertinent information must be given for instance rents, occupancy, marketing description, liens if any, photos, etc. We will email you an easy-to-follow checklist for submission.
