Real Estate Mentorship Program in Florida: What It Costs and What It Should Include
Ask five programmes what their mentorship costs and you’ll get five different answers, most of them vague. Ask what’s included and it gets vaguer. That’s frustrating when you’re about to commit real money, so let’s talk about how to size up a real estate mentorship program in Florida before you sign anything.

Why prices vary so much
Two programmes can both say "mentorship" and deliver completely different things. The gap usually comes down to length, whether you work one to one or in a group, whether your mentor comes with you to real appointments, and whether funding and business setup are part of the deal. A weekend course and a twelve-month programme with a personal mentor are not the same product, even if the label is. A lower price can also hide extras you pay for separately, such as funding introductions or business setup, while a higher one may include them. Compare what’s inside, not the headline number.
What a programme should include
Whatever you pay, we think a real estate mentorship program in Florida should have these:
- A dedicated mentor, not a rotating guest speaker.
- A mentor who has closed deals recently in the counties you want to work.
- Access to deal funding, so capital doesn’t stand between you and your first transaction.
- Some accountability, because it shortens the time between enrolling and closing.
- Help setting up your business correctly from the start.
- A community you can lean on after the formal period ends.
If a programme can’t answer yes to most of that, the price is the least of your worries.
How ours is structured
BPM REIA runs three levels. The 2-Day QuickStart is the entry point: two days on off-market deal sourcing, property analysis, contracts, double closings versus assignments and business setup. It has a money-back guarantee.
The Core Coaching Program is six months of one-on-one mentorship with a dedicated mentor, plus CRM access, lead generation tools, continuing education and a 50/50 profit split on the deals you close together. The Elite Coaching Program runs twelve months and adds field time, rehab opportunities through BPM REIA and a Business in a Box, which covers corporate setup, first-year tax return preparation, business cards and an investor kit. Your spouse or partner joins free, and a third member gets 50 percent off tuition.
We haven’t put a tuition figure in this post because it depends on the programme that fits you, and figures change. The current numbers are one Discovery Call away.

The profit split and what it means for cost
In the Core Coaching Program your mentor takes half of the net profit on deals you close together. That affects cost, and it also changes behaviour. Your mentor earns when you earn, so nobody has a reason to keep you comfortable. Whatever programme you look at, ask how the mentors are paid. The answer tells you a lot.

Questions to ask before you pay
- Who exactly is my mentor, and when did they last close a deal in my county?
- What happens after the formal period ends?
- Is funding included, or available separately at extra cost?
- What is refundable, and under what conditions?
- Can I speak to past students, not just read curated testimonials?
Is it worth it?
Honestly, it’s worth it if you execute. We say one closed deal typically covers enrolment, but that depends on you finding, funding and closing it, and no programme can do that on your behalf. Read the reviews before you decide. Our guide to reading real estate mentor reviews without getting fooled by fake ones shows what to look for, and you can see what members say on the real estate mentor reviews page.
For the full breakdown of our tiers, visit the real estate mentorship program page. We also wrote separately about what drives the price, which goes further into the cost side. When you’re ready for exact figures, book a Discovery Call and we’ll be upfront about what we offer, what it takes and whether it suits you.
